Debunking Board Fundraising Myths

Board members mean well. They want to help you and fundraise, but they have too many preconceived notions about fundraising which prevent them from inviting connections and donations.

In this session, we’ll talk about the myths and how we can help them through these misconceptions.  Some of the myths are: I’m not a salesperson or I don’t know anyone or everyone I know is too busy. They even have preconceived notions about what fundraising is and sadly they are incorrect.
